PalmSeer does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. All interpretations are symbolic and subjective. They should not be understood as predictions, guarantees, or factual assessments of any kind.

3. AI-Generated Content

Readings and interpretations on PalmSeer are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and does not reflect the judgment of a human practitioner. Results are symbolic and may vary between readings.

By using this service you acknowledge that the interpretations you receive are algorithmically generated and are not created by a human palm reader, psychic, or licensed professional of any kind.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PalmSeer independently. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use the platform with the active involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. PalmSeer is not intended for users under the age of 13.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind. This includes, without limitation, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or career advice.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use PalmSeer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take in connection with your use of the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer its systems, submit misleading or harmful content, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the platform itself.

7. Image Submission

By submitting an image through PalmSeer you confirm that you have the right to share that image. Images are processed to strip identifying metadata before storage. PalmSeer does not use submitted images for any purpose other than generating your reading.

You grant PalmSeer a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your submitted image for the purpose of delivering your reading. You may delete your data at any time through the platform settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PalmSeer and its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from your access to or use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

Your use of PalmSeer is at your own discretion and risk. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. No Guarantee

PalmSeer makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of any reading or interpretation provided. Symbolic interpretations are inherently subjective. Two readings of the same image may produce different, equally valid reflections.

Users should not rely on AI-generated interpretations for important life decisions. PalmSeer makes no representation that readings accurately reflect any aspect of a user's personality, circumstances, or future.

16. Force Majeure

PalmSeer shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, network outages, third-party service disruptions, or acts of government.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of PalmSeer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Virginia.
